  • Is it easy to change plans?
    It sure is. You can upgrade, downgrade, or switch from monthly to annual billing at any time.

  • I tried Podia and it wasn’t for me. Can I have a refund?
    The 30-day free trial is there so you can try before you pay. If you've already paid and changed your mind, send us a message within 72 hours of your most recent payment and we'll refund it. Two things to know: we don't do partial refunds on annual plans, and refunds take 5-10 business days to land back in your account. Want to cancel? Head to account settings, then billing.

  • Are there any transaction fees or payment processing fees?
    On the Mover plan, we charge a 5% transaction fee. There are no Podia fees on the Shaker or Earthquaker plans. Your payment processor (Stripe or PayPal) will charge a standard transaction fee of 2.9% + 30¢, which may vary based on your location. The fees are charged by the processor and are not associated with Podia. Learn more

  • Can I buy Podia Email without buying a Mover, Shaker or Earthquaker plan?
    You need a Mover, Shaker, or Earthquaker plan to use Podia Email after your 30-day free trial ends. All Podia plans come with Podia Email free up to a certain number of subscribers, depending on your plan:

    • Mover: 100 subscribers
    • Shaker: 500 subscribers
    • Earthquaker: 1,000 subscribers
      If your list is larger than your plan's included subscribers, you can add more anytime. Learn more

  • What happens when I reach the subscriber limit of my Podia Email plan?
    We'll send you an email as you get close. When you hit the limit, you can upgrade to the next plan tier for more subscribers. We never auto-upgrade you. And if your list shrinks later, you can downgrade anytime.

  • How do product and course migrations work?
    We’re happy to help you move your stuff over from another platform. The number we can migrate depends on your plan:

    • Mover: up to 50 products
    • Shaker and Earthquaker: up to 150 products
